I like to think of each session as more than a photoshoot, it's a journey. I pride myself on nurturing a safe space in which you can fully embody your true, beautiful self. We begin our session by talking about your visions and intentions for our time together. We can also take some deep breaths & work through a few affirmations to help you move out of your mind & into your body, if this feels aligned. The rest of the session is lead by you and what feels comfortable. We explore, talk, laugh, collaborate & capture some beautiful images. If you are feeling nervous at the idea of having your photo taken, don't worry, this is so normal. I will walk you through every step of the way until you find your natural flow. We got this!

A journey of embodiment.
For a long time I didn't see my own light, I didn't feel free to embody my true self. Like many, in my teens & early 20s I struggled with body image, I didn't much like myself and I always held the belief that I was 'too sensitive', 'too much' or 'too intense'
Giving birth to our second child in 2020 was the catalyst for my deepest growth. Through inner-work, reflection, and holding space for myself I found a light within me that had always been begging to be seen. For the first time in my life I felt truly free to embody who I am
I want others to feel how I feel- empowered, liberated and divinely loved
I am passionate about creating a space in which others can feel seen, held and beautiful. My hope is that my own embodiment inspires others to embody their truth too. I truly believe that the more that we love ourselves for who we are, the more loving we are able to be to everyone around us, the deeper we sink into embodiment, the more freely others can do the same. It starts with ourselves, that's how we change the world for generations to come
To see people unfold in front of my lens is something I don't have words for to describe. There is something very magical in the process of capturing this. It's vulnerable, raw, unique & empowering

Creating nude art isn't just for fun.
It is a physical and emotional undressing, an unfurling. It is the release of old beliefs and old stories that may have been created for you before you were even aware of them. It is the taking back of your own power from a system that capitalises on you being disempowered. It is a radical act of self-acceptance, of self-love
I wish I could tell every human, you are enough. It is okay for your body to be any way that it is. You are perfect, right now, as you are in this moment
